What if I have received a product broken?
What is Maquilleo?
Maquilleo offers a product young and dynamic on the Internet that tries to bring always the best options of makeup at the best price and the most convenient way and easy.
Try to make your experience with us is always very nice, that's why we pay special attention to the small details.
Your account maquilleo provides us with the necessary information to fulfill your orders. We treat your data with the same security as if they were our own. You can modify them from your account or request that we delete it by sending an email email@example.com
How do I create my account Maquilleo?
To create a new account you can do this in two ways:
- In the upper-right corner of the page you have the icon of Access. When you click on it you will see that you have two options, to access your account if you are already a customer or create a new account if you're still not registered
- Add the products that you like to your shopping cart. When you are finished go to your cart and click on the “next” button. This button takes you to the area of clients if you are already a customer you just have to add your user name and password, if this is your first purchase you'll need to add your details and you will receive an email with your password to access the next times.
If you have forgotten your user name and password
If you have forgotten your password to access the account maquilleo, click "sign in" to your account and click "forgot your password?" in the section “you are Already registered”. We will send you a new one automatically to the email address with which you registered. If you want to modify it, you will only have to access “my personal information” and choose the one that you prefer.
How to make a order?
Make an order in Maquilleo is very easy. Add the products that you like to your shopping cart. When you are finished go to your cart and click on the “next” button. This button takes you to the area of clients if you are already a client you have to add your user name and password by pressing the button “already a customer”, if this is your first purchase you'll need to add your data. Now, you just have to choose the shipping method and the payment method that you prefer in a period of 1 to 5 days you will get where you chose.
Can I keep my basket?
Clear. You can add products you like to your cart but do not complete the purchase. Will still be there the next time you access Maquilleo.
How can I modify my order?
If you need to make a change in your order let us know as soon as possible in firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the 962030323 so that we can modify it without any cost before it has managed. It is very important that you tell us soon, as many orders are sent the same day on which they are made. The changes can be made before your order is in state: submitted.
How to use a promotional code?
Using promotional codes is very easy. Each promotion will be assigned a promo code (example CODE: PROMOTION). Once you've added your products to the shopping cart, just add it in the section Coupons within the purchase process and give the Ok to turn on automatically on the amount of your order.
How can I pay for my order?
You have several methods to pay your order, and all safe. By PayPal, credit card or cod. You decide.
If you choose cod, you will pay for your order directly to the carrier when delivered. The transport company charges a commission of 3.50€ for the management of this service which will be added when validating your shopping cart. This form of payment is valid for peninsular Spain and the Balearic islands and we will need a phone number for if they need to contact you to make delivery.
The minimum order for cash on delivery is 15€ and the maximum order is 200€.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All the prices you see in Maquilleo include VAT. The shipping costs are free from 20, 30, 40 or€ 60 euros depending on from where you place your order. Check out the chart of shipping costs for more information.
How long does it take to get my order?
It usually takes between 2 and 3 days for shipping to peninsula, and 3 to 5 days for the islands. The delivery time of your order varies according to the day in which you do it, from where, and also according to the delivery method you have chosen.
Orders placed before 12 noonwill be sent the same day (except exceptional case). Orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the next day. The time of any submission to be counted from the day the order is picked up by our transport agencies (not since you made the order).
You can check the delivery time in the box shipments. Remember that transport companies do not make deliveries or collections on weekends.
ASM: Receives the order to your home within 1 to 2 days. (Working days from Monday to Friday). This shipping method is available for Spain (Peninsula). The shipping to Balearic Islands and Portugal have a delivery time of 3 to 4 days. (Working days from Monday to Friday)
- POST (Collection in office): Receives the purchase order at the Post office of your choice in a period of 2 to 3 days. (Working days from Monday to Friday). This shipping method is available for Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic islands.
- POST (home Delivery service): Receives the order to your address within 2 to 3 days. (Working days from Monday to Friday). This shipping method is available for Spain (Peninsula), Balearic islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary islands and Portugal. (Delivery outside of the peninsula can be delayed)
Can I receive my order in a different address to the billing?
Yes, when placing your order you are asked where you want to deliver your order regardless of the address you put for billing
What options do I have for receiving my order? (When and Where)
We work to make your products Maquilleo arrive to you the fastest and easiest way possible, so you have several options for receiving your order. You can receive it in house, or in the nearest post office. The deadlines and the delivery areas change slightly. Check out the chart of shipments for more information.
Where does their deliveries Maquilleo?
We work to get each day more far away. We deliver our orders to Peninsular Spain, Portugal, Balearic islands, Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Query terms in the box shipments.
If your order has arrived in bad conditions
It is unlikely, but if your order has arrived in bad conditions because of the transport quiet, because all of our shipments are insured. Please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Return and exchange
How can I carry out a return?
If your order has arrived correctly and still you want to carry out a return you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The necessary condition for the refund of the money, is that the product must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the good is not returned in its original packaging, it will suffer depreciation. Past 14 days Maquilleo is not required to return the item. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw the article via e-mail to email@example.com or by calling our customer service on the phone 962030323
Maquilleo will manage the collection and in this case the customer will bear the return charges will be 4€.
When it comes to Maquilleo the returned product, we will check it is in perfect condition and we will make the payment of the amount of the product less the 4€ for return postage.
What if it is factory defect?
If your order has arrived wrong, or you see that it has some defect from the factory just let us know. We will take care of the pickup of your product and of course we will send you your product, and in perfect condition in a second shipment without any cost on your part.
What if I have received a product broken?
If you get a product broken due to transportation, we will need a picture to be able to claim the incident. Once we have the photo, we will send you a new product without any cost and the shipping costs shall be borne by Maquilleo.
If we do not have image that show the conditions in which it has come to the product, we will not be able to spend the claim is relevant and therefore we can not proceed or payment of the goods or perform the sending of a new product.
- in the returns of the shipping costs (4€) will be borne by the customer.
- in the changes for the defect or send the wrong product, Maquilleo will be in charge of the new shipment.
What is the guarantee of the products Maquilleo?
What treatment do you have my data?
To be able to send your order and provide you with a quality service we need some details about yourself, such as address, phone number or your e-mail. (Of course we do not have access to your bank details or any financial information).
This information will only be used for commercial purposes in your relationship with Maquilleo and never disclose to third parties. You can modify it at any time and remove it only to let us know. To the effects foreseen in the Organic Law 15/1999, of Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, and in compliance with Art. 5 of the mentioned legal body, we inform you that your personal data will be included in a File called "CUSTOMERS AND/OR SUPPLIERS' ownership of Maquilleo SC. with registered address at C/ Atarazanas 41, CP: 46450 Benifaio (Valencia) email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
