How can I carry out a return?
If your order has arrived correctly and still you want to carry out a return you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The necessary condition for the refund of the money, is that the product must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the good is not returned in its original packaging, it will suffer depreciation. Past 14 days Maquilleo is not required to return the item. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw the article via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our customer service on the phone 962030323
Maquilleo will manage the collection and in this case the customer will bear the return charges will be 4€.
When it comes to Maquilleo the returned product, we will check it is in perfect condition and we will make the payment of the amount of the product less the 4€ for return postage.
What if it is factory defect?
If your order has arrived wrong, or you see that it has some defect from the factory just let us know. We will take care of the pickup of your product and of course we will send you your product, and in perfect condition in a second shipment without any cost on your part. In order to make the return you have 14 calendar days from the reception of the order, after 14 days Maquille is not obliged to return the item.
What if I have received a product broken?
If you get a product broken due to transportation, we will need a picture to be able to claim the incident. Once we have the photo, we will send you a new product without any cost and the shipping costs shall be borne by Maquilleo.
If we do not have image that show the conditions in which it has come to the product, we will not be able to spend the claim is relevant and therefore we can not proceed or payment of the goods or perform the sending of a new product. In order to make the return you have 14 calendar days from the reception of the order, after 14 days Maquille is not obliged to return the item.
- in the returns of the shipping costs (4€) will be borne by the customer.
- in the changes for the defect or send the wrong product, Maquilleo will be in charge of the new shipment.
