TERMS OF USE

1. PRODUCTS

All products are new, and are presented in their packaging or original seal recorded.

1.1 Colors of the products

All cosmetic products have marked their color in the description and can be displayed with a greater size by zooming in on the image of the product. Colors may vary from reality due to the display of color on the monitor, and depending on the settings the same.

We recommend you seek information from other sources with regard to the color (manufacturer's website, physical store, forums, blogs, etc...) if you want to get more information about the color of the product.

1.2 Manuals of the products

Cosmetic products do not include an instruction manual. With the electrical products are typically include a manual of instructions in Spanish in the sales package. In some cases, it may happen that even do not have the manual in Spanish or that the manual in Spanish is available only through the manufacturer's website, in PDF format.

 

 2. PRICES

All prices include VAT and are valid for peninsula and Balearic islands. Prices do not include shipping or, in his case, against reimbursement. For orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the prices of the products are those of the website and the delivery expenses you will join the customs fees of 12€. All sales are made with their corresponding ticket or purchase invoice that you will receive along with the order.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

The customer browses our online store adding to your cart items that you want to buy. Once you have made your selection, you choose the way of payment and shipping. You must register by filling in a form with your personal data, or login with your password in the case of already being registered to complete your order. Once completed you will receive a message to your email address with all the details of your order. If your e-mail is free (Hotmail, Yahoo, Terra, Gmail, etc) it is possible that this message is stored in the folders "junk Mail" or Spam.

Important: we Recommend to verify the copy of the order, which will come to your email to verify that your billing, shipping, etc are correct. This way will prevent delays or problems in the delivery of your order.

Right of withdrawal: you Have 14 working days term from the moment you receive the order.

If within that period you're not completely satisfied with your purchase in Maquilleo you can get in touch with us to process your return, remember that you only accept returns that have been approved and managed by us.

The product must be in perfect condition to be sold as new.

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal you have 14 days from when you receive it. We will refund the amount of your product in the same way in which we did get in a maximum period of 14 natural days from the communication of withdrawal.

We will refund the total amount of your order except for the costs incurred by the shipment. Send us an email to info@maquilleo.com and we take care of everything.

You can withdraw from the purchase agreement that you have made in the online store Maquilleo also use the attached model withdrawal form as PDF. After receiving your withdrawal, we will confirm immediately by email.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping and delivery times

The amount of shipping is automatically calculated at the time your order is placed, depending on the destination and form of payment. These can range from 5.55€ (being the shipping more expensive) up to the free shipping. To know what it will cost exactly to your order select the products you wish to purchase and press "buy". Then, select the destination and choose the payment method and shipping method. Appears, fully detailed, the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs. If your order is Cash, read the conditions in paragraph 5.2 Payment on Delivery. At that time you can decide whether to continue or not with the purchase process. IMPORTANT: The times for all shipping methods start counting from the order has left our warehouse. The delivery is carried out within a period of 48-72 hours in the peninsula, and between 3 and 5 days for the islands depending on the time you place your order and the carrier chosen. MAIL COLLECTION IN the OFFICE: orders sent to the Post Office, they must be removed within 15 days. After 15 business days, Email us automatically return the package, if you notice. In the event that the client wants to retrieve the order, you will have to pay again the shipping costs per value of€ 6. If you prefer to return the money, the payment will be of the value of products less than 4€ for the cost of return shipping.

 

5. FORMS OF PAYMENT

5.1. Against Refund.

The maximum order for payment against refund is 160€. This form of payment is available only for Spain (peninsula) and Balearic islands, and it is necessary to facilitate a contact phone number.

- ASM: In cash on delivery you will pay your order to the courier (only in cash) at the time of delivery. The transport company charges a fee of 3.5€ for this service. 5.3. Paypal. You can make the payment via the secure method of Paypal payment.

Important: If the order, once confirmed and shipped, is not accepted by the customer, the latter shall be responsible for the costs incurred. You will receive an invoice or proof of purchase by e-mail. All orders fake, or fraud attempts will be reported to the competent authorities. It will provide all the information necessary to assist with the investigation.

 

6. ORDER STATUS

From the "My account" section you can know at any time, the state in which you are located your order. Click on "My orders" and display any of the following states:

- Order confirmation: Your order has been successfully received and will be processed shortly.

- Payment accepted: you Have paid by bank transfer and the payment of your order has been received.

- Preparation in progress: It is processing your order. In the case of payment by bank transfer or by credit card means that your payment has been successfully received (it is not possible to cancel the order)

- Shipped: Your order has been shipped (it is not possible to cancel it).

- Payment Error: Your order has not been able to be completed with payment by credit card. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone to fix it and offer other alternative methods of payment. If we do not receive a reply of yours in a period of 3 days your order will be canceled automatically by the system.

- Cancelled: Your order has been canceled.

 

Maquilleo guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel your order at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has begun to be prepared or has been made available to the carrier for shipment ("Shipped"Status).

 

7. DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS

Although the greater part of the deliveries are performed within the indicated time, occasionally, can result in delays in shipments. If you have received a confirmation email of your shipment and still have not received it, may be because the messenger has not found its home, has passed in a moment in which you were either absent, or has suffered any type of incident. Please contact with us, or with the transport company chosen to make order, to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Any problem of this nature is out of our control, although Maquilleo will do everything possible to resolve your delay as soon as possible.

 

8. TRANSPORT INSURANCE

All our shipments are insured against theft, loss or deterioration. If you notice any damage or tampering on the package when you receive it índiquelo on the delivery note of the transport company. Please check your order on receipt of the same. You must communicate any issues before 24 hours.

 

9. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

In case of defective product, we will proceed to repair, replacement, price reduction or resolution of contract negotiations that will be free to the consumer and user. The consumer and user must inform the seller of lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it. In this sense the expenses for the return, replacement of the products must be borne by the seller, who by law is liable for the lack of conformity. It allows you to clarify that these guarantees will apply, taking into account the nature of products traded.

Our electrical products come with the following warranties:

9.1. Guarantee of origin. If at the time you receive your product it is found to be defective will be replaced. We will be no return if you are not previously put in contact with us by using the contact section of our website so that we have proof of a faulty product, we authorize your return and assign you a return number.

Pack the product in a sealed package and perfectly conditioned to not suffer any damage during the transport. Do not use tape or write directly on the original packaging of the product. It is necessary to indicate your return number on the outside of the package and attach a copy of the purchase invoice in the same. We will send to the transportation agency to pick up the package and, once reviewed the product and confirmed the defect, they will send a new product to the customer in the shortest time possible. In the opposite case (that is to say, if the product does not present an anomaly) the client will receive again the same product.

9.2. The manufacturer's warranty. All of our products enjoy two years of limited warranty from the manufacturer and the user must inform the seller of lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it.

In case of failure we recommend to go to the official technical service of the mark (SAT). In almost all cities there is a SAT official, and it can know your address by calling the customer care number of the brand.

If you prefer, there is also the possibility of sending us the product and we will send it to the SAT officer. In this case the shipping costs to our address, as well as the shipping back to your home, will be paid from your account.

The defective product will be sent to the SAT officer of the brand, not being Maquilleo responsible for the time that it can take the SAT official in return the repaired product.

Before submitting your article, you should get in contact with us so that we have record of dispatch and authorize your return. Pack the product in a sealed package and perfectly conditioned to not suffer any damage during the transport. Include a brief description of what happens to the product, as well as the purchase invoice.

Important: Any manipulation or repair made by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty. You should always consult a SAT official of the brand.

9.3. Incorrect product. If the delivered product does not match with the one requested in the order you must inform us immediately. Please contact us using the contact section of our website and we will process your issue as soon as possible.
